Pros

Small business, around 25-30 people at the time of my departure. Which allows for more varied growth options than larger companies typically do. For example, big corporations don't usually give opportunities for a warehouse clerk become a digital marketer. Most folks get along pretty well. It's easy to make friends there if you're open to that. They do regular company lunches, games and activities (paid during the work day). Many people also meet for drinks and things outside of work hours. The 2 owners are just genuinely nice people. Leadership was typically receptive to recommendations for things like improving benefits for employees. I personally witnessed them go above-and-beyond to help employees and their families during hard times on more occasions than I can even remember off-hand.

Cons

It's a small business. Some people don't do well with the lack of structure. It's not that there's no structure, but some people work better with a very strict definitions of their roles and responsibilities that you won't find here. Personally I consider that a pro, getting opportunity to learn perspectives helping other teams from time to time; but it's definitely not for everybody.
