Pros
-Executives are always learning and looking to make themselves better -Engineers are incentivized for results and they also receive great training/certification benefits (time off and pay for courses) -Management acts with complete integrity in situations with employees and especially clients
Cons
I prefer a different brand of coffee, but hey--free coffee!

Great culture and proponent for "work to live" instead of "live to work" Company really cares about it's employees and treats them well, great benefits and "perks" Executives are extremely professional and dedicated to furthering the business Real sense of teamwork from all colleagues Company really cares about client experience rather than making a buck Management is very receptive Great business outlook and accelerated growth
Cons
Performance reviews and feedback from management are lacking Planning for advancement and pay increase is hardly ever discussed Some growing pains Company is still trying to find what fits best in terms of processes Technical procedures and expectations are not disseminated to technical staff
