      Pros

      We have a great company culture with incredible colleagues. There is plenty of opportunities to grow within and test the waters in different departments. Management is top notch and always have there doors open for communication. Butler-Cohen makes you feel valued as an individual to the company rather than being number in a very large corporation. We have this sense of family which is truly beautiful to have amongst an organization.
