I worked for OhioMeansJobs- the workforce development division of Butler County Department of Job and Family Services. OMJ staff are family, and most everyone in their role feels as though they are making a difference. I felt highly valued and that my work was appreciated. They are a government agency that does not treat you like a government employee. Excellent benefits and a great place to network.

Public sector pay cannot compete with private. Some software and available resources were/are a bit outdated.
