      * Appreciation of a job well done * Provide needed equipment for health and safety of workers * Genuinely cares about employees * Good pay * Good benefits - health, sick/vacation time, retirement * Great place to work

      Great small business

      Pros

      It's a small business, so you get to know everyone you're working with and who you're working for. You're able to develop lasting relationships and learn many new skills in various categories.

      Cons

      As with most small businesses, you can probably get more competitive pay elsewhere.

      Thank you for your well thought out review. If you have concerns about your wages, we encourage you to speak with your manager or human resources. With regards to training, we agree that we can do a better job. We are diligently working to standardize training through each department and develop standard operating procedures for additional guidance.
