Pros
I have been working here for last 1 year. Having great work experience here with amazing senior management. Salary increment is based on performance. No politics and every employee is taking care of each other. The office feels like a home because of understanding of senior management. Now the office is in the business park with all facilities. You will get a lot of experience in min time.
Cons
If anybody wants to leave their comfort zone behind then and then only join this company. Everyone wants to get a higher package but no one wants to get higher knowledge. "First Learn Then Earn"
