Pros
A lot of overtime available but if you choose to work an extra shift don't think they will take it easy in you for staying to help them out. Nurses have their favs so some people get to sit on there butts all day while others are running around in a sweat doing all the work

Management, poor staffing, to many interpersonal issues between staff,

Pros
Residents health improved. Was a non profit organization and served the community for over 100 years
Cons
Freeholders decided to sell the facility to a private sector and over 200 employees that worked there over ten years and so were layoff or fired with no reason eventually.
