Great culture and an excellent platform to grow your practice. It’s a big firm with all of the associated benefits, but without many of the administrative hassles of comparable firms. Very fair compensation. Great marketing team. CFO is very transparent with financial information (for shareholders). Board members are very approachable. Outstanding staff and HR team. It’s an all-around great place. I only left to go in-house, but if circumstances ever changed, I would go back in a heartbeat.
