      People are 100% engaged in helping each other and the company grow. Lots of camaraderie amongst the team.

      Cons

      Too many desserts and pastries brought in for special occasions making it difficult to resist when you are watching your calorie intake.

      Alot of phone calls. But it's only a con if you don't push yourself to do it.
