Pros
Small Team with very little politics. Friendly Atmosphere. Wonderful Learning Environment. If you're entry level you'll get real hands on time with lots of systems and tasks. The team is very helpful and everyone works together. Weekends off. Flexibility if you have personal issues or health issues to attend to.
Cons
Pay could be better for the workload. A little bit too much micromanagement. Fear of Trying solutions. The company is growing quickly, but my own opinion is that this is detrimental as the team is overwhelmed a lot of the time. I don't think there is much room for upward mobility either.
