      Faster deployment and data protection, but setup can be tricky

      Pros of Windows Autopilot: Faster deployment, cloud-based provisioning, reduced IT effort. Pros of BitLocker: Protects data at rest, integrates with Windows, supports TPM security.

      Cons

      Cons of Windows Autopilot: Requires internet connectivity, initial setup can be complex, depends on proper device registration. Cons of BitLocker: Recovery key management is critical, encryption can slightly impact performance on older devices, troubleshooting can be more complex.

      Tough gig but great Mgmt & Team Support

      Pros

      Excellent training They do not use Tech & Customer Support as veils for telemarketing I felt my team, managers, SMEs, etc wanted me to thrive

      Cons

      I am told they abandoned the WFH model. As a disabled person that’s pretty insulting to me. Tech support is difficult & the emotional & creature comforts of WFH make the job a lot leas stressful. Office environments often add to tbe stress.
