      Able to work with the latest technologies on interesting projects. Ability to advance and improve knowledge and skills. Absence of micromanagement. Projects and tasks are delegated, and employees have great freedom to make decisions based on their employment level. Fair salary system that guarantee successful employees to be properly compensated for their work.
