      Pros

      I pretty much started my career at CAIS and as someone with little experience in alts prior, this was a fantastic place to quickly learn and grow. The firm is fast-paced and the people are very innovative. If you are good and work hard enough, you will receive unparalleled levels of exposure to all business lines that will “turn on” a more strategic way of thinking.

      Cons

      It is difficult work, but extremely rewarding. I would say certain personalities will absolutely thrive here, but others may not. Make sure you are a fit.

      CAIS is an amazing company to grow professionally and personally, If you are a self starter, interested in building your career, and an ENTREPRENEUR, this is certainly the right firm for you. You'll have access to intelligent and goal oriented colleagues/leadership that you'll be building a business with. After being with CAIS for eight years there is no better financial services firm join.
