-a lot of flexibility in what work you can do -no tight deadlines or crunch -friendly environment -every friday they order food for the entire company -cheese boutique store next door has a lot of tasty snacks you can buy for lunch
Cons
-potentially working on old software that is very difficult to maintain -not much room for training, you'll have to figure stuff out and ask questions as you go -a bit of an awkward location to reach by transit
