      Pros

      None, positioned as a worldwide presence but not actually the case. Merged with Brand Engine and positions themselves as a global brand building and packaging company but no real experience in either field.

      Cons

      Management technique seems amateur at best, no real marketing strategies or direction. Company operates with a lot of theoretical rhetoric but no real implementation plan.

      Good work-life balance. Nice office, chic location. Small team, flexible. Helpful and easy communicate creatives. Many room to growth.

      Cons

      Immature management, top-down decision. Less transparency, over promising. No creative director nor strategist. Lacking of administrative and back-end support.
