      The company has a very egalitarian atmosphere. There are many opportunities to perform and grow as a young person. Colleagues have a good relationship with each other and the company atmosphere is great. The leadership is also very focused on nurturing and developing the capabilities of the employees.

      The project might be too quick and work overtime too frequently.
