Pros

I came here after being in the industry for a couple years and working in a structure that in my opinion didn't yield success and created more animosity on the sales floor. I cant begin to explain what a breath of fresh air it is to be at a company whose culture and employee happiness is put first. Happy reps are selling reps and that is what makes working here such a joy. The opportunity to be accountable on your own yet have the support all the way from the top down is a good feeling. The team itself is basically all of a younger mindset which created a tight knit family type sales team where everyone is willing to help each other. CCP is one of a kind, really makes you want to make a career here knowing the skies the limit commission wise and you can show up at work and enjoy the people you work with rather that the typical parking lot back talk most companies tend to have.

Cons

Honestly its sales. Sales isnt for everyone so no matter the company you work for you need to understand what it takes to be successful in sales. This is a great industry and there is alot of money to be made. Every business can be a customer so the reach is wide. The job itself requires a mix of outside sales and inside sales so someone would have to be self sufficient and manage their day well or you will fail. The company will do everything they can from managers to fellow reps to help you but in the end its completely on you. Some people dont know how to handle the freedom.

Pros

The company is growing and doing very well. The sales team is like none other. I have been here for a couple years and have heard some of the newer reps say they checked us on Glassdoor before taking the position and I didn't know what Glassdoor was. Once I did I was more than happy to give my opinion. I love my job and everyone I work with. They are helpful and really care about helping me and the team make money. It's great to come to work and feel like your with family as it makes the day enjoyable especially when we have been doing so well. The managers here are very knowledgeable about the industry which helps us feel very confident. There is no micromanaging or anything of the sort like I've had at other sales jobs in the past. We are expected to work hard and our comp plan rewards us for our hard work. Some Of the strengths we have as a company is the fact our entire building has everything we need to support our sales. We have a large warehouse that allows us to stock all the parts and equipment we need to handle our customers needs very fast. We can deliver a new unit the next day if need be which has helped me win deals over our competitors. All in all I love CCP and our entire team from sales to admin to service. Great atmosphere and amazing potetential to make money if you work hard.

Cons

For me I like the attention I have got that has helped me be a great rep. With the team growing and new reps coming in to help us I just get concerned our managers will get spread too thin. The fact they are able to help us on every appointment is a huge benefit.

Pros

Love my team. Everyone is extremely supportive and there to help. I have had many sales positions in my 15 years and I think I finally found a company that I can see my self at for the long haul. The money is there if you want like any sales but without the convoluted commission structure alot of my previous jobs had. The industry is competitive but CCP has such a good history and story of being in business for over 40 years we tend to win alot of business. My two managers are like industry gurus and seem to know every advantage when it comes to our competitors. I am soo happy to have found my place in the sales world. Being CCP is a family owned company there is not alot of micro managing and I think that helps us get right to selling and making money which is most important. My 2nd month on the job I took home almost 6K in commissions and I barely knew anything. The one on one time with the managers is how I am learning which I like alot more than a group type setting. I ask a ton of questions everyday and i get answers.

Cons

The only thing I could really say at this point in my young career is I wish I was more knowledgeable on the intricacies of this industry. I know they say it comes in time but I want to be where some of my other team members are at with the money they are making.
