      We make a difference in the lives of the people we support. I work on a great, very supportive team. I am given opportunities to grow and have done so here.

      Cons

      Staffing can be an issue. This work isn't for everyone.

      CDS invests in their employees and if you are a hard worker you get recognized for it in compensation and promotions.

      Training is intensive just because there are a ton of companies under the CDS Life transitions umbrella
