Remote work, HR that invests in training, employee surveys, goal settings. interesting industry (smart home) + good holidays.

Pros

CEDIA has a very supportive staff. They're a company has been turning the ship around and now really fosters a collaborative atmosphere that encourages employees to voice their ideas within and outside of their teams. Their is an emphasis on teamwork in certain teams that has resulted in positive and motivated work from departments you wouldn't expect. The remarkable group of colleagues are skilled but genuinely cares about each other's success.

Cons

While the overall environment is positive, there are occasional challenges in communication channels. Some information may not be effectively disseminated across teams, leading to occasional misunderstandings. They could benefit from accountability in improving communication processes to ensure everyone is on the same page. It's worth noting that efforts are being made to address this issue with Monday.com launching in January and hopefully improvements will be seen in the near future.

Pros

CEDIA has by far been the most enjoyable company to work for. All staff are friendly, polite and passionate in what they do. The company has really given me confidence and value to make a change, that was fully justified to enable the huge growth potential it has. I feel fully backed by key stakeholders and they have enabled me to flourish. CEDIA is an outstanding place to work, in which it has made me better in my field of work globally and it rewards hard work. I fully recommend anyone to work for CEDIA and this fascinating and slick industry of smart home technology.

Cons

No cons at all but CEDIA is always looking at improving performance. Past cons of communication and projects not being on time have been rectified quickly, with improved communication and operations via Monday.com. This shows how quickly, efficient and conscious CEDIA is in improving staff performance.
