      - lots of flexibility - dynamic and modern - freedom to bring in own ideas - great team spirit - never gets boring - continuing learning - remote-first culture - international team I would recommend to a friend to work at CENDAS

      Pros

      There are a lot! I like: - the people there - working up to 100% remotely - flexible work hours - working method (OKR and sprints) - taking responsibility - bringing in my own ideas and work on them - the team events (it feels to be with friends rather than colleagues) - the international working environment

      Cons

      To be honest, I don't really see any. I would recommend it to a friend.
