Pros

I have worked at CF for nearly a decade. Since joining in 2016, I have received: - A fair and reasonable salary, which has incrementally increased each year - A liberal holiday allowance - Manageable working hours - Thoughtful and incredibly generous gifts to celebrate milestone years - Opportunities to learn and develop my skills and overall career - Promotions - Flexibility to my working pattern and most importantly of all, encouragement and kindness, after becoming a mother - Empathetic and genuine care at the moments when I needed it, from colleagues across all levels of the business, including our CEO. For me, these things have formed the building blocks of a strong and sustainable career.

Cons

While no organisation is perfect, my overall experience over my long tenure has been that CF is a supportive and collaborative place to work and I hope to continue working here for many years to come.

Pros

1. Lots of opportunities to learn 2. CEO is passionate about the role of CF for the UKs health care improvement and their actions reflect this every step of the way 3. Actively seeking new opportunities and open to investment in the upcoming technologies to empower the individuals and to serve the health care clients.

Cons

1. Some roles a bit niche to company like mine and I miss the technical mentors. I guess it's normal in medium sized companies.

Pros

We’ve just returned from our summer retreat in Brighton, which was a great opportunity to spend time with colleagues across the business. I’ve noticed that CF is actively listening to employee feedback and making meaningful changes to support talent retention. A recent example is reducing the in-office requirement from 4 to 3 days, which has introduced more flexibility. There was a noticeable wave of departures late last year. However, the new joiners have been a strong addition to the team. They are not only capable but also great to work with. The culture is collaborative and supportive. Even the senior leadership team are approachable and grounded, despite their demanding schedules. Some of the more negative reviews may reflect one-off experiences rather than the day-to-day reality but I am not one to discount other people's opinions. As a woman, I also appreciate the strong representation of women in leadership. The CEO stands out as a knowledgeable and confident person who is also approachable and talks lovingly about her children. It is encouraging to see this kind of leadership at the top of the organisation.

Cons

Some foundational work structures and processes are either missing or not consistently implemented Onboarding and training sessions are often delayed or cancelled, which means new joiners and junior team members largely rely on themselves to get up to speed
