      Pros

      What we do for the community makes me so proud to be a part of CHAS. Benefits are great! PTO, holiday and sick pay. Promoting from within is very common. 500 bucks every year to spend on anything that may benefit your career such as books or courses that you get to choose. I've been in the workforce since 19 and hands down, this is the best employer I've ever had

      Cons

      All jobs have things that are tough. We deal with a lot of change. Some of well thought out. Some can feel like people who don't know the work are making decisions. I think this is pretty common for most organizations.
