Family owned company husband and wife sells olive oil. Interview goes well never checks references. You get hired with lots of promises but they never arrive. The CEO wants to do your job and tells you how much better he is at it than you and then makes big mistakes and blames staff. Total chaos. Everyone is unhappy lots of turnover he lets good hardworking people go for no reason. And the ones that are there leave as soon as they can. Job descriptions never followed or none. Lots of problems. The office environment is terrible. Everyone is always scared for their job. Avoid unless your desperate for a job. Zero career opportunities.
