      Pros

      I’m a current employee at CIMON, and it’s been a really positive experience. The company is doing great things in industrial automation, with top-notch PLC, HMI, and SCADA products. The work environment is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth and development. Management genuinely cares about employees, which makes it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Communication between departments could be improved; sometimes it feels like information gets lost in the shuffle.

      Pros

      CIMON is such a kind and friendly company for the employees. They have a very welcoming HR and coworkers. Each team tries their best to communicate and interact with the other teams and they are all open to something new if it can improve the company's product, or even an employee's performance. I could see how they try to maintain the comfortable and positive working environment and all those days since I joined CIMON have been a really pleasant experience. I also noticed quite a few employees actually COME BACK to this company even if they left CIMON before. This one fact tells you how good this company is.

      Cons

      It might be a little bit frustrating to deal with the requirements but considering all that concludes to someone's skill improvement, I wouldn't say there's a con in my opinion.
