Pros
Evolving capabilities and needs within the industry mean our work is always changing and never boring! Team work is a core part of the culture and the environment is supportive of progression. Even within the same role over time the changing demands of our clients ensure that you can't stand still for long. Flexibility in working arrangements is a big reason people stay here.
Cons
Fast pace, constant pressure, problem solving, demanding clients and the high expected standards for work mean agency life in medical communications isn't for everyone.

Pros
Excellent company culture. Work ethic is extreme, so we all work very hard, but company believes in giving staff the flexibility to balance life with work.
Cons
Agency life in med comms is not for the faint of heart, no matter where you work!
