They are open to change and actively trying to improve their processes. During the time of my employment, I saw CMC drastically improve their manufacturing process. Encouraging to see management trying to improve things and then get the buy in from the workforce.
Cons
I was very young when I started working there. In hindsight, I realize most of the problems I had were self created.
Clean offices, fantastic company culture, an ESOP (Employ Stock Ownership Program) company. Employees have great working morale. Company transparency creating trustworthy employee to employer relationship.
Cons
Constantly changing processes, poor multi-departmental communication. Discombobulating due to unclear vision from management constantly shifting objectives and or messaging and goals throughout development. Lack of vision and clear project goals. Lack of strategic plan / KPI's with campaigns making it hard to develop deliverables in a timely manner including constant unnecessary rework.
