Good benefits. Several departments of other areas are of interest.
Cons
Lousy upper management. Low pay for work done. Jobs, responsibilities, etc can change immediately.

- Interesting Projects to work on. - Good Coworkers - Decent discount
Cons
- Most incompetent upper management I've ever seen. C-suite employees that don't understand the mechanics of the firearms (RDB). - Projects would be top priority one week, and then shelved for 2 months, before being berated for not working on said project and have the process restart. - Projects were limited to what the owners wanted not what would sell. - Communication with marketing was a joke and took several weeks to get a (ultimately overpriced) MSRP for a project.
