Pros
Great management and mentors. I learned so much during my six years at COPIC. I was exposed to many aspects of the business and was given so much opportunity to grow as a professional. Great sense of work-life balance. Wonderful people. Great benefits.
Cons
Office is located in Lowry which is a bit of a boring area.

Pros
1. Company is small enough to feel family-oriented. 2. Generous benefits including ample paid vacation and a pension. 3. Patient-safety centered mission makes you feel like you are working towards something greater than yourself. It's not just about selling insurance.
Cons
1. Your entire experience really depends on what department you work in. Different managers play by different rules. 2. Employee morale has continually diminished during my tenure. 3. Not a lot of opportunity for growth for junior employees. Many employees are "lifers" and not going anywhere anytime soon.
