Home based opportunity allows so.e freedom. Great people to work with.
Cons
Sealed Air is parent company and has made many changes causing many customers to change to other suppliers.

Pros
Great company that is very flexible with it's employees. Good safety programs and initiatives. Generally happy and personable employees.full benefits and 401k.
Cons
Pay is not very competitive. Very long hours causing poor work/life balance. Health insurance deduction and deductibles are very high. Try as much as possible to keep head counts low so each employee become responsible for the production and shipping of what 2-3 employees would do.
