Our pay ranges are benchmarked and reviewed annually to ensure we remain competitive with the external market. We have also made our salary ranges for each role visible to staff on our intranet site to ensure transparency between teams. Career progression pathways are also available for each team. Your comments on parental policies and flexible working formats are also valuable. We regularly review our benefits and people policies to ensure they remain competitive, inclusive and reflective of our workforce’s needs, and feedback like this helps inform those discussions.
