Pros
No one EVER bothered me, called me, nagged me. I simply dialed in on my C-phone and started typing. Occasional emails were pretty much the only contact I had to deal with. In fact, the one person whom I assumed to be the company manager and my boss was, in fact, just working as another MT there, but sort of functioned as a scheduler/manager? Who knows. I sure didn't. But it didn't matter at all. The pay was fair, the work was good, and I had no complaints about the job at all.
Cons
When the hospital with whom they had contracted dumped us, the job literally disappeared overnight. It was the only hospital left that CPR had a contract with and it was assumed that the hospital was going to lose the legal battle for breaking their contract. However, though that would benefit the owner of the company (whose name I STILL don't know), it wasn't going to be any help to the MTs. So CPR disappeared into history. I truly missed the job.
