Pros

Supportive management and a great bunch of people to work with. They are a growing company, with offices based in Cardiff and Bristol. I work in the Bristol office and we have recently moved into Beacon Tower! (Very plush building with breakfast club and other social events regularly for you to meet other people in the building!) The team is hilarious, which really makes a difference when you are having a tough day in Recruitment. They will also ensure they can help you out if you need any advice or guidance without making you feel like you are burdening them. Our L&D Manager is very enthusiastic and passionate about supporting you and tailoring your personal development to suit you. Unlike other recruitment companies that may put you through standard training, the training they offer will focus on what you want to develop further.

Cons

Everything has been positive so far.

Pros

The working environment at CPS is the best I've ever experienced. Everyone in the team supports and respects each other, no matter the level of seniority. There are also genuine opportunities for progression for everyone in the business. The management is open and transparent, and always open to new ideas. It's a really exciting time to be a part of Team CPS. The work/life balance here is fantastic, finishing at 1 p.m. every Friday makes the weekend feel so much longer. The City Centre location is great too!

Cons

I genuinely don't have any.
