      Pros

      CPT strives to retain valuable employees. If for whatever reason you're no longer able to work on your current contract, they will remain flexible to the best of their ability to put you in another role to utilize your skills.

      Cons

      As a smaller company, they are unable to offer certain benefits that larger companies can afford to do.
