I really liked the atmosphere, people and software. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. You get to learn new technologies in a great environment with really smart people.

Cons

Very fast paced environment that requires work to stay up to date. If you aren't willing to take initative to keep up with new technology, this will be a challenging place for you to work.
