CSG is a great place to work! The leadership is more of a hands off approach. Employees are treated as adults to do our job without being micromanaged. The team is the best I have worked with in the last 24+ years, and I can honestly say I have never been this satisfied with any job or employer. A very supportive work environment

I haven't been with this company very long, but so far I am impressed with what I have seen all around. I have worked for multiple Defense contracting companies and this one is definitely topping my list. The leadership actually cares about their employees well being as I have already experience that personally as well as second hand. HR has been quick to take care of any questions I have had as a newer employee and I have been checked up on multiple times to make sure I was settled in and everything was taken care of. This company is transparent in their operations and like to keep all their employees in the loop, whether they work at the HQ office , on site with a customer or overseas. I also appreciate the true "big boy" rules, we are able to do our jobs with very minimal interference or micromanagement.
