      Pros

      If you're familiar with the CS skin and crypto gambling scene, working for CSGOEmpire is a no-brainer. A very direct company, no nonsense, no micromanagement. They offer you the room and opportunities to shine and improve professionally. Everyone is always open to give feedback, as long as you're giving it your best effort. We're not an average company or a family, but a sports team. Being able to work fully remote is also a pro for me personally. Lastly, the pay adheres to competitive standards.

      Can't think of a single one, which sounds cliche, but it's true.

      Abrupt decisions with decent compensation

      Salary level is decent, and most colleagues are nice & professional

      Cons

      No strategy, no operational management, no feedback culture. Decisions are always ad-hoc and made by the main owner of the business, usually without any reasoning and very much last minute, when most (design & development) work has already been done. Seems that everyone is so afraid of their own contract that they always rather keep quiet and shy away rather than give any criticism or face awkward discussions at the company. Probably a good place for a self-driven and independent developer/designer who is looking to make good money, but for any position requiring teamwork, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
