Great, unique culture Continuity (people that fit stay a long time) None of the traditional agency politics Young / junior employees are able to move very quickly and get exposure to a lot True team environment Senior management that cares about their staff

Cons

Can be a very fast pace Employees that require a lot of structure and for things to be spelled out for them don't generally fit Employees are expected to step outside of their comfort zones, which isn't for everyone
