      1. CTK like a family. CEO and VP are supper nice to everyone. We are like a big family. 2. Culture diversity. Lots of chance to communicate with Asian, European sites. 3. Quick promotion. Individual's work are always recognized by supervisors. Quick promotion based on performance and productivity. 4. High efficient communication. Each department takes response in fast and positive way. 5. Place employee's safety at the first place. Free covid test twice every week until all employees are vaccinated.

      Really enjoy the time in CTK. Didn't find downside yet.
