Co-Working business but make no mistake there are Entrepreneurs behind this company. Real Ones. As operators. If you're looking to learn a lot, lear it fast and move fast this is the place to work. Under Tim you will do more and learn more than you ever thought would be relevant to your career. I'd work with Tim at any company.
Cons
It can be a lot if you're not prepared for it, be sure to embrace what it means to be part of a start up if you want to work here or you will feel like a fish out of water. No offense to fish anywhere in the world lol
