      Great work enviornment, great people, lots of time off. Management cares and is involved. Good pay. Relaxed work load. Work from home.

      Cons

      Work isn't challenging. Sitecore sucks!!

      Pros

      The people and culture is amazing. This company is super focused on work life balance. Company tries to make things fun. Great entry level workplace with growth at lower levels. Really loved working there and left to continue to grow.

      Cons

      The more senior roles are very tough to get. While there is growth at the lower levels people at higher levels don't tend to leave those roles. May need to leave at some point to get a higher salary and move into a higher level role.
