      It is a really well run company, everyone that I worked with was smart & nice.

      Long commute all the way to Jup Farms, inability to work remote.

      Pros

      Very friendly environment, Everyone is always willing to help you and get to know you better. The President will come say hello and conversate with you anytime. I can honestly say out of all the big companies I have worked for, CV so far has been my favorite and I hope it only gets better.

      Cons

      For me, I can't say I have any negative feedback because I haven't experienced anything negative about my job.

      Pros

      You'll get to work directly with the entire company; from C level staff to the warehouse team on a daily basis and learn about all aspects of the business. The accounting team was extremely supportive and really wants you to succeed.

      Cons

      Nothing that I can think of, I was very happy at CV Technology!
