      Pros

      Transparency is important. People seem to have a voice. Fairness is visible and our leaders are open to listening. People are full of optimism. We have a unique opportunity to change the way medical professionals treat heart failure and it even better, it works well! Patients ARE our priority, no matter what department you are part of. Hard work but with fair pay and everyone is in it together.

      Cons

      Small company so not a ton of opportunity to move/promote but it is growing if one wants to join and be part of the adventure.
