The humans at Cadient are among the best I have ever worked with.

Cons

The parent company, Cognizant, struggles to stay human. I feel sorry for Cogs who don't work with Cadientites.

Fast paced, fun and energetic atmosphere. Very talented and dedicated people - both on shore and off. Great CEO who really cares about the organization and the people. Interesting projects with short life-cycles. Had the ability to work across departments and built a lot of great relationships.

Cons

As in any organization there have been some growing pains due to last years acquisition. Management is working to address those issues and I feel that the company will continue to grow and prosper.
