      Clear opportunities for growth — I’ve been able to advance from Project Manager to Director to VP over the past 8 years. Supportive and collaborative team environment across departments. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. Exposure to a wide variety of projects and clients, which helps build diverse experience. Flexible environment where people are willing to step in and help each other when needed.

      Working remote at time can be challenging.

      Pros

      Great projects that are technically interesting and challenging. The management team is very capable and supportive. I’ve always felt well guided and trusted in my role. The company encourages professional growth and values independence and commitment to the work. The team culture is respectful and collaborative. Working remotely has been a big plus. The salary is also competitive.

      At the moment, I’m very happy with my experience and don’t have any significant cons to mention.
