A positive place to work for parents who need flexibility

- Working from home/hybrid - and flexible working - Excellent annual leave (33 days - with always having between Christmas and New Year off as standard) - 4 wellbeing days per year plus TOIL/FLEXI time. - Good pay and pension - Employee rewards scheme, vouchers, discount codes, e-Giftcards - Supportive team environments - Good milleage for car users (45p per mile + 4p/5p petrol/diesel per mile at the moment] - Supportive and understanding management - Good maternity, paternity and adoption leave - Lots of resources for spending time with children - A high pressure environment but very rewarding

Cons

- The pay is now not as competitive as the Local Authority, which can be demoralising. However, the work we do and the support available goes some way to balance this. - Progression is not as accessible as it could be.

Thanks for such a lovely review, especially all the pros you've mentioned. As you probably know, the pay situation is a little out of our hands, and we'd love to give everyone more if we could, but we have managed to secure the maximum pay award possible. and will continue to aim for this. Thanks for mentioning the CFCA role (our Advanced Practitioner role), it's likely there will be more opportunities in the future but before we do so, we have to make sure that we're realising the benefits we hoped see before we open up any more opportunities, but this is an ongoing process.
