      Pros

      We had a lot of autonomy on projects, clear value impact to business, latest tech, great cross teams collaboration, great team spirit over entire organization, and many fun steams and ways to enjoy watching them: rap battles, games, dance, sports, and many more.

      Cons

      Sometimes had to provide technical support on weekends during large live streams, but we got food for that days even if supporting from home.
