      Caivan is a great company, is growing, excellent benefits, people and management are awesome, goals and expectations are clear and the company has a great vision in the long term to become the top 1 homebuilder in Canada.

      Pros

      I have worked at Caivan for less than 6 months and have really been loving it. Everyone at the head office is very friendly and team-oriented, and I genuinely feel valued as an employee. There is room for career growth within the organization as it keeps getting larger, and the healthcare benefits are definitely better than average. I would definitely recommend working here if you have the opportunity.
