      Leadership, clients, people, culture, etc. I have never learned more anywhere else and the people are really smart and great to work with. Leadership is easily accessible and actually listens to feedback, which is hard to find

      Client service is tough, but that is not something specific to Calculate. I love the challenge.

There's always something new to learn with a variety of start-up clients in difference industries, but the culture is focused on flexiblity and supporting employees in their long term careers.
