Extremely Hands on work, was able to design and run a majority of all the experiments completed.

Facilities are fairly low quality.

The initial vision managed to pull together amazingly skilled scientists, some of which are still there Cool research, young team, closely stick together Management has got a clear view on challenges and speaks to it openly
Cons
Tough to motivate new hires on changed vision Long-term cycle - so nothing close to completion Raised a lot of capital, potential returns will be low if any for employees
