Pros
I've never been given more opportunities or room for growth than I have at Calgary Fasteners. The management is very supportive and open to new ideas. The perks and benefits are some of the best that I've received through any company I've worked with. Great community and smart people!
Cons
Work pressure is high in some departments and could be better balanced with a little more support. Maybe a little too much trust from management at times.
